We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations between applications and services within Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other cloud-based tools. Additionally, the specialist will oversee website migrations between domain registrars and transition third-party tools into Microsoft 365 equivalents to enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integration & Automation
Develop and maintain integrations between Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, Planner, etc.), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.), and third-party applications such as HubSpot and Microsoft Planner.
Automate business processes using Power Automate, Google Apps Script, and other automation tools, including built-in automation features within HubSpot, Instantly AI, and Constant Contact.
Leverage APIs and middleware solutions to connect cloud applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Set up and manage tracking pixels for marketing attribution, conversion tracking, and audience retargeting across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools.
Configure and maintain webhooks to trigger automated workflows, sync data between applications, and provide instant updates on key events such as lead submissions, form fills, and CRM status changes.
Manage user access and permissions across integrated platforms, ensuring the appropriate access levels while maintaining security and compliance.
Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, identifying root causes of API failures, webhook errors, automation breakdowns, and system conflicts.
2. Migration & System Transition
Migrate websites and domains between registrars, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with DNS best practices.
Plan and execute migrations from non-Microsoft tools to equivalent Microsoft 365 applications, including:
CRM systems: HubSpot → Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dataverse
Project management tools: Smartsheet → Microsoft Planner
Document storage: Google Drive → SharePoint/OneDrive
Email services: Google Workspace/Gmail → Microsoft Outlook
Provide technical guidance and training to ensure a smooth transition for end users.
3. Security & Compliance
Ensure all integrations and migrations comply with security policies, compliance regulations, and data governance best practices.
Manage cloud identity security using Azure AD, Microsoft Entra, and Google Admin Console.
Implement best practices for API authentication, OAuth, and data encryption.
4. Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Support
Proactively monitor integrations and workflows, resolving system or data flow issues.
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing system performance.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to continuously enhance automation and integrations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Microsoft 365: Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Planner, Graph API
Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Apps Script
CRM & Project Management Tools: HubSpot, Microsoft Planner, and others
API Development & Automation: RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks, Power Automate, Zapier, Make (Integromat)
Website & Domain Migration: DNS management, domain transfers, registrar handling
Cloud Identity & Security: Azure AD, Google Admin Console, OAuth authentication
Proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages
Experience with SQL and database integrations
Experience with HubSpot, Power BI, and SharePoint Online development
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
