We are seeking an exceptional Full-Stack Developer to join our in-office engineering team in Jdeideh. Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development of high-quality frontend experiences using Flutter (mobile & web).
• Build robust backend services and APIs using Java, following best practices and clean code standards.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL schemas and queries for performance at scale.
• Work within a containerized environment using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
• Contribute to a distributed microservices ecosystem powered by Kafka, with strong focus on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Implement secure, scalable multi-tenant features and integrations with external services.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to deliver features that meet high technical and UX standards.
• Produce documentation, maintain code quality, and participate in code reviews to drive engineering excellence.
Qualifications
• Proven experience with Flutter development (mobile and/or web).
• Strong backend development experience using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks is a plus).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous event-driven architecture.
• Strong command of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows, and cloud-native development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced in-office environment.
• Bonus: Experience with POS systems, e-commerce/ordering platforms, payment integrations, or hardware integrations (printers/scanners).
