What Is Temenos T24?
Temenos T24 Transact (commonly referred to as T24) is a world-leading core banking system used by over 3,000 financial institutions in more than 150 countries. It enables banks to manage their products, customer accounts, transactions, and compliance through a modern, modular, and scalable platform.
As a T24 Developer, you will work with a mission-critical system that powers retail, corporate, and Islamic banking operations worldwide. You’ll gain hands-on experience with one of the most in-demand skills in global fintech.
Position Summary
We are seeking ambitious and committed fresh graduates to join our team as Entry-Level T24 Developers. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the fast-growing fintech industry and build a career around Temenos T24 development, implementation, and support.
This role is based in Lebanon, with occasional travel to Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries for onsite project assignments.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in the development, customization, and deployment of the Temenos T24 core banking system
• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts during implementation cycles
• Support client-specific enhancements, configurations, and testing activities
• Engage in structured training and hands-on learning programs
• Assist with issue resolution and ongoing maintenance of client environments
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in software development, banking systems, and technology consulting
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Team-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
• Any prior exposure to banking, finance, or enterprise systems is a plus
